Neil — Yes! The collaborative approach is really great. I have so many talented colleagues, and we are constantly lifting each other up. It’s amazing how being in a collective eliminates more of the pettiness that can exist in a standard workplace. Everyone’s contributing their best, and also wanting to maintain positive relationships for future work. I highly recommend it!
