Jun — I so relate to this piece. PTSD from workplace abuse is real. I’m in recovery as well, and have been for four years. Stories like yours always help me to not feel alone. I thought it was so interesting how important a focus, a dog, and nature were to your healing. It was the same with me! I once read that there have been studies done on the effect of nature to one’s mental health, and I believe it must be true.
