I’m so glad you found a few of these things helpful. I really believe everyone has to find their own path to health. I don’t think we have one prescription for this for all of us. The apple cider vinegar drink is my mid-morning comforting ritual. It’s like hot apple cider, and I really look forward to it. I just found that when I worked hard to balance my gut health, I just generally felt better. I still fall off the wagon, but it’s easier to get back on now that I have new habits and new stuff to focus on.
