Great piece! At my workplace, I allow employees to work four ten hour days from May through August if they want to have a three-day weekend. Not everyone opts to do it, because they find the days too long, but I am a firm believer in flex time and moving this way. We’re all adults, and we know our responsibilities, so we should be able to manage our time as we see fit.
